Perform biochemistry, immunology, hematology, histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular tests on patient samples. Interpret & troubleshoot laboratory test results and provide accurate diagnoses. Supervise Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to discuss diagnostic findings and treatment options. Participate in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies. Provide leadership and mentorship to laboratory staff and trainees. Qualifications: MBBS and MMedSc (Pathology) Current medical license to practice Academic, Competent and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
